Microsoft Corporate Sales Collective – Partner Edition

Two-Day Virtual Event for Microsoft Sellers

1) Event overview

The Microsoft Corporate Sales Collective – Partner Edition (“Event”) is a two-day, invitation-only virtual event designed for Microsoft Sellers and invited internal stakeholders to align, enable, and accelerate partner-led sales motions.

The Event is sponsored by Microsoft and event-managed by Pulp Strategy Communications Private Limited (“Pulp Strategy”).

2) Event dates, format, and access

  • Event dates: 28–29 January 2026
  • Format: Virtual event hosted via Microsoft Teams (or another Microsoft-approved platform, if communicated)
  • Time zone: Event timings will be shared on the registration page and in official communications. Attendees are responsible for joining at the correct local time.

3) Organiser and sponsor

  • Sponsor: Microsoft
  • Event Manager: Pulp Strategy Communications Private Limited

4) Eligibility and participation

  • Attendance is limited to Microsoft Sellers and other invitees approved by Microsoft.
  • Registration is personal and intended only for the individual who receives the invitation.
  • Microsoft and/or Pulp Strategy may restrict or deny participation if eligibility cannot be verified or if participation may create compliance, security, or operational concerns.

5) Registration

Registration is hosted on www.corpsalescollective.com and managed by Pulp Strategy.

You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it updated if requested.

Registration does not guarantee access if capacity, security, or compliance constraints require restrictions.

6) Event communications

By registering, you consent to receive event-operational communications such as confirmations, agenda updates, joining instructions, and reminders.

If you opt in to any additional communications (where offered), you may opt out at any time using the mechanism provided in the message.

7) Agenda changes

The agenda, speakers, and session sequencing may be updated due to business needs or operational constraints.

Microsoft and/or Pulp Strategy may adjust session timing, tracks, or format without prior notice, while making reasonable efforts to communicate changes.

8) Use of Microsoft Teams and platform rules

The Event will be delivered on Microsoft Teams and may involve features such as chat, Q&A, and moderated participation.

Attendees must comply with platform rules and moderator instructions, including muting/unmuting and Q&A sequencing.

9) Recording, photography, and use of content

The Event (or parts of it) may be recorded (audio, video, or screen content) for internal enablement, documentation, and post-event access, as determined by Microsoft.

By attending, you acknowledge and consent to such recordings, unless prohibited by applicable law.

Event content, slides, recordings, and materials are intended for internal Microsoft use (and other uses only where explicitly authorised by Microsoft).

You may not copy, record, screenshot, distribute, publish, or share Event content externally without prior written authorisation from Microsoft.

10) Confidentiality

The Event may include information that is confidential or intended only for internal Microsoft audiences.

You agree not to disclose confidential information shared during the Event to any external party, including on social media, unless explicitly approved by Microsoft.

11) Code of conduct

  • You must maintain professional conduct during the Event.
  • Harassment, disruptive behaviour, unauthorised promotion, or misuse of chat or Q&A will not be tolerated.
  • Microsoft and/or Pulp Strategy may remove or restrict access (without liability) for conduct that violates these Terms or disrupts the Event.

12) Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, presentations, and materials remain the property of Microsoft and/or the respective rights holders.

Nothing in these Terms grants any licence or ownership rights beyond attending the Event.

13) Disclaimer

The Event is provided on an “as available” basis.

Microsoft and Pulp Strategy are not responsible for disruptions due to internet issues, device limitations, or platform outages beyond their reasonable control.

14) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Microsoft and Pulp Strategy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Event.

15) Privacy

Personal data collected via registration and the Event Site is handled under the Event Privacy Policy.

Where Microsoft services (including Microsoft Teams) are used, Microsoft may process certain data in accordance with Microsoft’s applicable privacy terms.

16) Changes to these Terms

Microsoft and/or Pulp Strategy may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version posted on the Event Site will apply.

17) Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
